Low cost system for small throughputs
The Formica has been designed to briquette small chip quantities in the metalworking fields. Here, the priority is to reduced volumes with a compact, low cost system. This is in contrast to the RUF Series that can process high or very high throughputs under high or very high briquetting pressures. The Formica can be linked directly to the machining centre’s chip chute, so the centre can run unattended 24/7. As a standalone system, this presents an interesting solution for metalworking companies generating only small chip volumes.
