a. Right to Access

c. Right to Rectification

If the conditions of Art. 20 para. 1 GDPR are met, you have the right to have data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to third parties. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of log files are strictly necessary for the operation of the website. They are therefore not based on consent under Art. 6 para. 1(a) GDPR or a contract under Art. 6 para. 1(b) GDPR but are justified under Art. 6 para. 1(f) GDPR. Thus, the requirements of Art. 20 para. 1 GDPR are not met in this regard.

h. Right to Object under Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
