In view of the sharp rise in coronavirus infections throughout Europe, adequate prevention is becoming increasingly important. We at RUF have already developed, communicated and implemented a comprehensive plan of action within the company to prevent further spread of COVID-19.
In this way we ensure that we can continue to produce and supply you with reliable briquetting plants.
Our current measures include:
- Restrictions on travel and visitor traffic. We ask for your understanding that we are currently only able to visit customers in general, and especially customers from crisis areas, to a limited extent or not at all, and to receive them at our company headquarters in Zaisertshofen. Alternatively, we will be happy to advise you by telephone and e-mail.
- As of now, our headquarter in Zaisertshofen will remain in operation with preventive measures. Nevertheless, we ask for your indulgence in case of delivery delays.
- Due to entry restrictions, service cases outside of Germany cannot be processed for an indefinite period of time. Service requests within Germany will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
