- Optimised storage without a dripping container or bacteria formation
- Fully automatic 24h operation possible
- Amortisation period can be extremely short
Briquetting grinding sludge – saving costs
Our RUF briquette presses from the RUF 4S series enable valuable cooling lubricants to be recovered and grinding sludge to be disposed of more cost effectively. Since the amount to be disposed of is significantly reduced through briquetting, there are considerable savings to be had in the area of storage and transport. And, in the ideal case, the briquetted grinding sludge is no longer classified as “hazardous waste”. With an amount of only 10 to 30 tonnes per year of grinding sludge containing oil, the briquette press can pay for itself in less than 12 months!
